
A BIT ABOUT EMILY
Emily has been instructing the Fitness Together Bootcamp sessions since 2019. She also teaches all of the personal training, small group and Mum & Baby sessions. Emily became a mum to Isabelle in March 2023 and is always out on dog walks with Leia and Lola.
"When I was 15, I started running to help deal with exam stress and I quickly discovered how much exercise helped my mental health. A few years later, I tried weight training for the first time and have never looked back! I like to push myself with different types of training as it improves my physical and mental wellbeing.
I started studying to be a personal trainer because I wanted to learn more about how to train myself safely and effectively. I never imagined that I would turn my hobby into a way to help others."

A BIT ABOUT JENN
Jenn has been coming to Bootcamp since 2019 and teaching since 2021! She's a super busy mum-of-two, who enjoys running and weight training. She is always the first to help others when they're struggling and give people the extra nudge when needed.

WHY I OPENED THE STUDIO
My vision has always been to create a ‘safe space’ for people who find gyms intimidating and give everyone a space where they feel comfortable exercising. There is no pressure from anyone else when you're training with me - the focus is just on making you the best possible version of yourself.

WHY I STARTED BOOTCAMP
I designed the Fitness Together Bootcamp for like-minded people to motivate and encourage each other, as I know it’s much easier to achieve your goals when you’ve got others supporting you along the way.
