
MUM & BABY FITNESS
£45 PER MONTH (1 SESSION PER WEEK) OR
£80 PER MONTH (2 SESSIONS PER WEEK)
I have a range of equipment for us to use at the sessions, including some cardiovascular equipment, a squat rack, a cable machine, a bench, a barbell,a range of free weights and much more.
The group sessions are suitable for all abilities as everyone works at their own pace. Mum & Baby Fitness sessions are the perfect combination of personal training sessions and a place to meet other mums. Everyone in the group gets to know eachother and encourage each other through the sessions.
Little ones are welcome to join you from 8 weeks - school age. Post-natal mums are welcome to join as soon as you've got the OK from your doctor.
The sessions are full body workouts that are 45 minutes long.
Sessions available:
Mondays at 9:45am
Wednesdays at 9:20am
Fridays at 10am
Sessions are paid monthly on the 1st of every month. If you would like to pause or terminate your sessions, 28 days notice must be given.
If you are unable to attend your session, you can transfer your session to another day, providing you give 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice results in a lost session unfortunately as I wouldn't have enough time to fill your space.
