SMALL GROUP TRAINING

£40 PER MONTH - 1 SESSION PER WEEK

Small group personal training will give you the results of personal training, but at a fraction of the cost!

For £10 per session, you’ll get a full-body workout with a group of up to 5 other people

 

What are the pros of small group personal training?

- Small group PT sessions will help you to not only improve your physical health, but your mental health too!

- As the group size is so small, we can adapt every session to suit you and your goals!

- At my private personal training studio, you don’t need to worry about gym intimidation- it’ll just be the 6 of us in the gym at once!

- You’ll make friends with other people with similar goals - you will all motivate each other to improve!

- Having a session booked in at the same time every week will help to motivate you to train!

The sessions are full body workouts that are 45 minutes long.

Session times (subject to availability):

Mondays at 5:15pm or 6:45pm

Tuesdays at 6:15am or 5:15pm

Wednesdays at 5:15pm

Thursdays at 5:45pm

Fridays at 6:45am, 7:30am or 5:15pm

What's included in the cost?

Nutrition

You will receive personalised target calories to suit you and your goal, to allow for flexible eating. You will also receive a nutrition booklet with lots of information to help you plan your meals.

Workouts

Every client will receive two full body workouts every month to do at the gym or at home. Clients also have the option to receive tailored workouts to suit their lifestyle, interests and goals.

Progress Tracking

All clients can choose whether they'd like their weigh and measurements tracking (dependant on their goals). We also track your strength and fitness progress. We reassess your progress every month.

Check Ins

Every day you can check in with yourself to see if you've hit your targets, whether that's exercise, nutrition, steps or anything else. We then review your week as a whole to see where you can make changes.

Sessions are paid monthly on the 1st of every month. If you would like to pause or terminate your sessions, 28 days notice must be given.

If you are unable to attend your session, you can transfer your session to another day, providing you give 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice results in a lost session unfortunately as I wouldn't have enough time to fill your space.
