My daughter, Katie, and I have been having 1:2 sessions with Emily for several weeks now.  She works us hard but we have thoroughly enjoyed the sessions.  Emily plans different exercises for us each week and we have both noticed an an improvement in our core strength and in our arms and legs.  Emily is lovely and we would thoroughly recommend her sessions.  She taylors the exercises to suit each client.

I started at Emily’s bootcamp when she first started doing them and soon got hooked. They were suited for everyone, lots of way you could push yourself or if it was too hard there were changes you could use to make them easier.
I then signed up for online personal training, Emily writes me a plan I can use at the gym and sends videos of the exercises then I meet her once a month for measurements and a catch up on how everything is going. During lockdown Emily changes my plan to home workouts. I have seen big improvements and just feel better going to the gym knowing I have a plan to follow. I would highly recommend Emily.

I have done several sessions with Emily and she is fab. She ensures you work hard and will accommodate any focus areas or objectives you have. She also pushes you outside of your comfort zone and makes sure you have a full body workout. The small groups are great and it’s a really nice atmosphere to workout in. I would 100% recommend.

Emily is an amazing PT. Super friendly and down to earth, she’s made me feel so comfortable and confident within myself and using the gym equipment! In every single session it’s always planned out and I’m always motivated and pushed to try and do my best. I always go home in a better mood x

A little over 16 weeks ago I probably wasn't in the best of places both mentally and physically, after trying different things (diets, medication, talking to people neither of which worked for me), my good and slightly bossy wife thought I should try getting out and do some EXERCISE. ..... She suggested I joined Emily's boot camp.
I did and today this happened, I ran the Preston 10k in 1hr and 3 mins, I have never run anything other than the epically s*** cross country track that I could easily cheat at, at secondary school.
I would like to say a massive thank you to Emily and all at boot camp that make it a relaxed and motivating place to get into exercise...... Not just for the Physical benefits but more importantly (for me) the mental help that comes with it......
However I can't help thinking if you'd of pushed me harder I'd of got a sub 1hr.
To anyone thinking about starting one of Emily's boot camps, whether it's for physical or mental reasons, I really couldn't recommend it enough.

Emily's bootcamp is challenging, hard work and oh so much fun!! The support she gives is fantastic and there's always an alternative exercise available if you're struggling with an injury.  After just 8 weeks I could see and feel the difference in my body, I feel so much stronger now and can't wait for the next one to start!

I love coming to Emily's Bootcamp, there are a diverse group of people from very fit to people to people who are not used to doing a lot of exercise like me! The group is run so that all levels of fitness can be accommodated in a very friendly and welcoming environment. In my 8 weeks i definitely saw an improvement in my fitness, especially my strength. I will be going back for another round of 8 weeks!!

Both myself and my husband are on a fitness and weight loss journey so joined Emily's Fitness Together bootcamp on a recommendation and we are so glad we did!
The classes are fun, varied and really encouraging. We work at our own pace so push ourselves safely when we feel we're able. The class has people at all levels of fitness without the pressure that I feel in a gym. Our progress is tracked too so we can see (as well as feel!) our achievements.

Bootcamp has been fab so far, I’ve done many classes and am already a member at a gym but I really like the small group and the friendly atmosphere at your bootcamp. You certainly don’t get that at bigger gyms and classes.

Emily’s bootcamp has been great. Each week it is something different and we are shown the exercises before hand and how we can change them to push ourselves or make it easier. The groups are very mixed from all range of fitness levels, young and old. I go with my son and we often work next to each other to help motivate. I have seen changes in my body and it also helps me mentally.

I really enjoy my 1:1 session, it's time to myself to concentrate on me. I've made good progress already in the short time I've been coming I've dropped two dress sizes and feel so much healthier, and now people are starting to notice.

My only gain is confidence

My boyfriend and I hate exercise - it’s well known. However, the 2-1 sessions with Emily are great and we have really started to enjoy ourselves. There’s a natural competitiveness between us which does help! Emily really does cater to what works for each of us within the session especially making sure that nothing tweaks my back. She is so passionate and makes us what to be the same!

I currently train with Emily 3 times a week. 1 PT session, 1 group PT session and 1 Mum and Baby Bootcamp all at Emily's boutique studio in Lostock Hall. Emily has also helped me with my diet and is starting to help change my attitude to food. I can see a massive difference in my body shape, feel better in body and mind, am most definitely stronger and am starting to lose weight too. Emily is friendly and approachable but also gives me just the right amount of a 'push' if I need it too. Emily has really helped me get back on track to a healthier lifestyle, and it has been lovely to meet new people as part of the group training in the socially restrictive world we are living in right now. I would highly recommend Emily to anyone who wants to make some changes to their lifestyle and feel stronger, fitter and happier.
